We found ourselves at the Hotel Ostella in a difficult situation for us, we broke the car during our holiday, near bastia, and at the Hotel Ostella we found a p... read more We found ourselves at the Hotel Ostella in a difficult situation for us, we broke the car during our holiday, near bastia, and at the Hotel Ostella we found a place where to calm our anxieties, we felt welcomed and supported, all the staff was available, Alexandra at the reception was very precious and very helpful, we came to meet in times of difficulty, showing a very rare humanity and empathy. Kelly at the restaurant was also very helpful and calmed us in times of greater stress, as well as Jean Pierre the chef who was very supportive. The hotel’s environment is very welcoming, as well as the exceptional staff, also the spa is a well distributed environment is really relaxing. The rooms are really clean and with a cozy design and consistent with the place where you are located, in addition to having a beautiful view, in fact from the balcony of the room you can admire the beach not far away. We had the possibility to have breakfast in the hotel, and I can say that the food is fresh and there and for all tastes, in addition to the possibility to ask the chef to cook on the moment dishes based on eggs (really great for those, like me, like salty breakfast). The lunch menu is also great, well cooked dishes and good products and there is a great value for money. All great, I don't have any negative notes to do about it. I still want to thank the staff and I recommend to all those who are indecisive, to book a stay in this hotel, because it is a place where you can feel at home, but a little more beautiful.
