Happen to pass by and decided to give a try, it's very delicious porchetta and the pork leg is superb!
To enjoy a rich porchetta sandwich from the truck that is in the market square is a must in Umbria. Drive to Bastia Umbra and have tale gate party: ask them to add a little piece of liver and skin have a beer with it and you'll be in Haven!!
Se desideri gustare un ottimo panino al maiale devi assolutamente andarci! Questa potrebbe sembrare una frase fatta, ma in realtà è la pura verità. Che tu decida di portartelo a casa o di mangiarlo sul momento, sarà sempre delizioso. La ricetta utilizzata è quella del lungo sorso, la quale si racconta contenga un "ingrediente segreto". Personalmente, sono convinto che il vero segreto risieda nella passione autentica per le cose genuine e tradizionali, il resto viene da sé.

It's really delicious! It´s a great idea whenever you don´t have a time to cook. Totally must try when you are in Umbria!
