What Horst-Dieter Hesse doesn't like about Culina:
today, on 26.12 I visited the restaurant again. due to the previous impressions, expectations were high. I was disappointed this time. the steaks were hard as leather, the lever salted and the dessert surely this time not made itself. I also had the impression that they were bought. not long. also the quality was not right. pity! for 35 € per person I expect more to accompany us. still a word to personal. relax. chil... We were on 26.12 for lunch as a buffet in culina. first the smell of the baking paste pulled through the rooms, the ventilation just brought a little. the drinks quickly came to the table, but the buffet was unfortunately not good: a mediterannes buffet without a fladenbrot ciabatta, but for these 2 types of baked rolls with sausage plates from the packaging? the salates and the wee leaves were in order. the falafels were dry, the filets were thrown in sose and the leber kept too warm. the sweet and the rosmarink-artoffers were good. the dessert buffet consisted of a top plate (almost empty,) lemon mousse (leer,) chocolate pudding (leer,) stollen and sweet from the super market. of christmas was nothing to remember except the Christmas CD, neither decoration in restaurant, nor candles on the tables. There's a lot of air up here. eating the card next table looked delicious, we give the charge a second chance.
