Ruby’s Pizza - Bassetlaw

Good pizza cheep and cheerful, friendly staff that will try to cater to your dietary needs. Often order on just eat and they deliver. A few times they have gave me thick crust when asked for thin but generally good pizza.

Ordered and was told 45 mins.30 mins later and too late to order from somewhere else told they were shut. Rang through several times. Answered on last call through and told to fk off. Great service. Never ever use these idiots. They deserve shutting down

Live nearby and ordered online food arrived in good time but the chicken was really cold. Pizza was of the thick crust type despite our order of thin crust.

I ordered food for delivery through Just Eat, but due to road closure, the restaurant couldn't deliver. Despite already paying, they promised to deliver the next night, which never happened. After requesting a refund and not receiving it after 3 days, I called the restaurant and they were rude, telling me to contact Just Eat. Just Eat also refused to help, claiming it had been over 24 hours since the order. It seems like the restaurant intentionally delayed to avoid giving a refund. This experience showed terrible customer service from both sides, and I will not be ordering from them or Just Eat again. You have disappointed the child who put the "pl" in your pizza. Food gets a rating of 1, service gets a rating of 1, and atmosphere gets a rating of 1.
