There are many good points personal were brilliant, prices for rooms and eat well, rooms comfortable and well soundproofed (important as the adjacent street is... read more There are many good points personal were brilliant, prices for rooms and eat well, rooms comfortable and well soundproofed (important as the adjacent street is loud). also on hot days they can keep cool with the closed window, as they can have a/c option on the room heating, but note them to manage how to use some instructions, how to use it? were after all that it was loud (I guess this could be seen as a plus by other customers) and this expanded to the muzak at the breakfast, which we found very hard to hear (and I am). it was a bit dismissed when I mentioned this, but I wonder if a majority of customers in hotels like muzak eat at breakfast? there was also a lot of very loud door that was sneaking in the morning, although I know that this is due to the ignorance of other guests and not to the staff as I said when I mentioned it the very helpful thing in the service at the breakfast! our electronic key stopped working, although checkout was the same dame sorted for us, but it seems like there was one. overall but, very good value if they were not a lust for a loud pub environment, and the staff and eating were great.

Staff were incredibly helpful and wend out of their way to cater for our needs (allergies and questions relating to the hotel). Food was excellent and good value for money.

The checking in process was really easy and the reception/bar team were friendly and efficient... read more I stayed at the LockKeeper for 2 nights from Friday 9th February. The checking in process was really easy and the reception/bar team were friendly and efficient. While checking in, I also made an enquiry about booking a table for dinner that evening and the reception staff dealt with that for me. Overall a really good level of customer service by all staff I came into contact with during my stay.
