Harrys visited yesterday and must say what is a beautiful little place. service and staff exceptional. they really go their way to feel at home and comfortable x when they ask what we want to drink, that we answer that we want a drink with our meals. we were then offered water while we wait for our meals. that was nice and something I've never seen before. eating was nice, the prices were very reasonable.
Fabulous coffee, Fantastic food, very welcoming friendly staff, nothing is too much for Adam and the team. Will definitely be visiting Harry's Coffee House when in Retford. 5 star
After it was told by 3 friends, one of them was my self confessed coffee snob boss that harrys was the best place in the city for coffee I thought nudeby and I would try. on a wet Wednesday morning the greeting we received was warm and friendly, the cakes looked laborious, and the smell of coffee divine. everything I can say after I have consumed two delicious slices of toast and a beautiful cappuccino is that everything that had been told to me was on the place. it is certainly the best coffee shop in the city
First visit to harrys coffee house today both self bruder had an breakfast, properly cooked delicious food, definately recommend they visit people of retford, will call again all family friends to pop in
Adam made our afternoon tea extra special. The food was great, with a well thought out menu and Adam catered fantastically for a gluten free group member. A vintage theme ran throughout the afternoon tea, with specially chosen linen used, in keeping with a 1950's theme. The assorted open sandwiches had a variety of traditional and contemporary fillings and accompaniments, each flavour well thought out. The sweet selection was fantastic. Freshly baked scones, served with clotted cream and jam, biscuits, lemon drizzle cake, gluten free brownies; all perfectly baked. The selection of teas, coffees, hot chocolate and prosecco meant everyone was well catered for. Thanks Adam for all the effort you and your team put in to the afternoon. It was greatly appreciated. Xx
