Reviews praise Junction 28's warm atmosphere, desserts and value menus; occasional notes about limited weekend choices and rare service or quality lapses.
We enjoyed a 3 course vegan menu with 3 options for each course. Our meal began with bread, though there was no vegan butter available, the staff kindly provided us with olive oil and balsamic vinegar as an alternative. For our starters, we shared the tempura vegetables and garlic bread with mushrooms, both of which were delicious. Our main courses included a strudel and vegetable tart, both bursting with flavor. We had planned on sharing a sticky toffee pudding for dessert, but the waiter surprised us with a vegan brownie that wasn't on the menu - a wonderful addition to our meal. Despite the generous portions, all three courses were priced at just £17.50 each. The service was excellent, and we had a fantastic overall dining experience. We highly recommend this restaurant.
The vegan tasting menu offered at this restaurant included a delicious mushroom risotto that unfortunately was overcooked and mushy. The standout dessert was the brownie, which was incredibly tasty. Despite this, the main Italian waiter was very rude and abrupt. He made a mistake with one person's order and blamed us for it, and also publicly scolded another customer.
3 curs vegan menu with 3 options for each cure. They offered us to start brot, they had no vegan butter but offered me olive oil and balsamico vinegar. at the beginning we shared the tempura veg and the garlic bread with mushrooms, both very delicious. for the net we had the strängel and the Veg tea, again both had a lot of taste. for dessert we wanted to order a sticky toffee pudding to share as this is the only dessert we try to get, but the waiter then offered us a vegan brownie that was not on the menu so that we got that too! all the portions were very generous, as all 3 courses ever came to £17.50. the waiter was beautiful and the overall experience was amazing. would be recommending
