Trattoria Bolu - BASKING RIDGE

First visit recently for lunch. Food and service were great. Can't say how refreshing it is not to have plates whisked away while others are still eating! Lingered a long time catching up with a friend and staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Look forward to trying other items on menu in future salads were very good

Excellent meal! This was our first visit after a friend's recommendation. Always love a good BYO and this is one. Our reservation was on a Friday and the place was still pretty full. The space was a little loud so it was a bit difficult to have a nice conversation. Service was extremely friendly and attentive. We shared the meatballs as an appetizer and the were more than enough! I had the stuffed shells, which were delicious with a little prosciutto ground into the filling. My husband had the veal parmesan and said it was very good. He tries veal parmesan at every Italian restaurant! Good sized portions had us taking some home for another time. We will definitely be back but may ask to be seated in the front area, which may be a little quieter

It was nice to find a local place that offers healthy options and organic options!!! Hope they keep having these options...I will be back!!!

A nice local spot for fresh Itslian fare. We come her quite often for a relaxed, casual meal. The food is always well prepared and the wait staff especially Nicole is attentive and friendly. It's a BYOB with reasonable prices
