They're good is ok, don't get a cold cut sandwich as they may have cut the meat 3 days earlier and are way too expensive. And in Hoboken, go about 200 feet away to Hoboken bagels where they actually boil theirs. This place sprays water on the bagels.... Half a and too expensive, go somewhere else

I just called to make an order for pickup the lady did not greet me. Instead said what do you want then said Meadows location hung up on me. I was going to pick up my order curse whoever out as well, but I’m not wasting my time. They can waste their time making the food that IM NOT PICKING UP!!! MANAGER NEEDS TO HIRE NEW STAFF because the attitude is getting out of hand at both locations and I’m sick of it!

The older woman doesn’t want to be bothered with you. If she is wiping down a counter or doing something in the back, she will come to you when she is done ready. There can be two or three customers that come in behind me and now all three of us are waiting. I go in there at least twice a week. They are always mopping the floor at 1 PM. I said oh are you closing and they said no not till 4 PM (I believe). When they are done mopping that section, they will go behind the counter to take the order. This is at rush-hour lunchtime. Again, the bagels are delicious so that’s why we all keep coming back. You just have to deal with 5 minutes of attitude blasting music on the TV.

Their classic bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll is on point. The corned beef omelet tastes like NY/NJ was consolidated into a sandwich. Bacon is crispy, portions are good, and staff is friendly.

Great bagels if they have them. Availability of certain varieties can be spotty. Service is slow.
