Nando's Basingstoke Festival Place

Nando's is alway a go to when wanting food with lots of flavour. If you don't mind sharing, the platters are definitively are good options: Full platter ideal for 2 people and Family Platter can feed 5 people easily. The new Caesar Salad is so good and the Warm Chocolate Pud is delicious. If waiting a bit for a table is not your thing then visiting Nando's during the week or early afternoon woul be ideal.

Just ordered a burger . 10 wings and a chicken ... only for a completely different order to turn up ..3 chicken pitas and salads ... I have been a customer for 30+ years dating back to my years in South Africa. Absolutely rubbish service.

Ordered food online and didn’t received from driver delivery after waiting 1 hour and driver called and said the address shows wrong and will call back to Nando’s but my address details was correct and driver has not been delivered food This was ridiculous from driver delivery Need proper management for delivery driver

Was so slow, got our orders wrong and extremely overpriced never go here

My reasons for the 1 star review is the manager on the night of 26th Feb 2024, I believe his name was Harley he was consistently rude and abusive to several customers, on multiple occasion raising his voice and swearing directly at them, i also saw him squaring up to his staff; his behaviour was extremely unprofessional and completely ruined the atmosphere of the restaurant. On a more positive note all the other staff were extremely friendly and respectful and the food was perfect. Never leave bad reviews but in this instance to see this guy physically and verbally abuse customers and more so his staff was completely unacceptable.
