The process of entering, ordering, collecting, and enjoying your food is straightforward and efficient. Lunchtime tends to be quite busy, and while they have a loyalty program that is better than some others, not many people seem to be aware of it. Most of their baked goods are prepared and presented fresh, which is a plus. Generally, you’ll receive your order in just a few minutes, but if a product is sold out, you may have to wait a bit for it to finish baking. They offer a wide variety of hot and cold drinks and I've found their meals to be excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful too. Overall, I highly recommend enjoying a meal at Greggs.
