Coal - Basingstoke

We've ordered a few times now and we've not been disappointed. The food has always been hot and delicious. The shakes are amazing! One thing that really stands out for me is how simple and easy the ordering process was compared to some others and how quickly our food was delivered less than 30 minutes, mostly. We ordered on Bank Holiday Monday and found something missing from our order, we privately messaged the staff to inform them and we were met with a quick and adequate response from them cannot fault their customer service at all. This place has now become our go to when it comes to ordering burgers!

The first time we order from here and we were not disappointed. the eating was delicious, burgers were beautiful and the gravy with the chips was to die for oh and then there are the shakes...yummy would recommend them

Outstandingly gorgeous burgers. Its a must to try this place. I don’t normally get excited for food but when i tooked into this. Boooom the flavours are amazing even down to the fries. Wow. Well done guys. Be ordering again very soon.
