Fantastic dining experience with generous portion sizes and high-quality food at great value. The restaurant is set in a beautiful location and the staff provide excellent service. The only downside is the lack of a disabled toilet or baby changing facilities, which was a major inconvenience for our family. I had to change our son on the terrace floor, which was not ideal. This issue should be addressed promptly. View all feedback.

Visiting friends in the area and decided to pop in for a drink. Met by a rude arrogant stuck up old man who I believe was the owner. I left and spent my money elsewhere. The best thing this guy can do is close the doors and shut the place. Clearly hasn't got a clue about running a business View all feedback.
Brilliant. 3 generation family dinner. Food sublime as always. Even tempted my teenage daughter out of a three week vegetarian streak! Range of ales, food and wine was spot on. Service timing was always there when we needed it. Will be back soon.
Went for lunch on Saturday. Food was amazing. Delicious in fact, and portions were more than generous. Definitely get your moneys worth. Highly recommend the steak burger!! Staff were kind and attentive. Deffo be popping in whenever we pass through!!
Food was superb service very friendly would definitely go again for a meal but also a great place to pop in for a drink
My son came to visit from London and we went for Sunday lunch. Very disappointing, we got two halves of a roast potato, two slivers of beef and a dish of vegetables enough for one person! At £16.75 a plate that is very poor. As we left my son said he was still hungry! We won’t be coming back! I should even rate at 2 stars except the quality of the food was good!
Had a great evening here last night and the beef Wellington cooked by Fran was beautiful. Would recommend this place for good freshly cooked food
