The dishes were quite impressive and enjoyable. The staff were polite but seemed to carry a rather negative vibe. It felt like they were moving at a snail's pace and showed little interest in their work. I understand that it's not the most glamorous job, but still, a bit more enthusiasm would go a long way. It might even be better if the employees were in a different setting altogether. View all feedback.

"My rating is based solely on today's experience. Typically, I’m a big fan and always order a shake whenever I visit Basingstoke, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed today...".
This is a fantastic restaurant with a wide variety of options. However, I was really disappointed when I waited in line only to find out that they don't accept card payments. That was quite frustrating.

I always love this place. My son mentioned that he prefers McDonald's shakes, but I still think these are fantastic!
