Mcdonald's - Basingstoke and Deane

The breakfast was greasy, especially the sausage in the sausage and egg muffin. Not enjoyable at all! I won't be coming back.

Why does McDonald’s always seem to get my order wrong? I've ordered from this location twice using the app and Uber Eats, and both times I was missing items, and there were mistakes with what I received. Then I had to search everywhere for someone to talk to about my concerns. It gets even more frustrating because I have to reorder and pay another £3.99 delivery fee. The entire system is frustrating, and neither company wants to take responsibility for the poor service, pushing me back and forth between them. It's so exasperating!

We visited the town and decided to stop by this McDonald's for a quick snack and drink. It was fairly busy, but we managed to find a table. The food and drinks were of the usual McDonald's quality. Interestingly, there was a bouncer at the entrance, which I hadn't encountered before, especially around 5 PM. Overall, the establishment appeared to be clean.

I haven't dined at McDonald's in a while because I assumed they didn't offer anything gluten-free. Recently, I discovered that I can order burgers without the buns and enjoy gluten-free fries. For breakfast, I can get a hash brown without any issues. I'm definitely planning to return!

I visited this restaurant a couple of times and the fries I had were crispy and not greasy at all. The burger was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend it. However, during a visit a few days ago, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, but the fries were soggy and lacked the crispiness I had enjoyed before. I’m curious to order again and see if they serve the same quality as my first experience.
