It is easy to use the drive through although there is also a restaurant all on the same site. We tend to use the drive through but you really do need to check that they are giving you the right order and the items you have ordered. What User doesn't like about Kfc:
I know you don't have to be a rocket scientist to work at kfc but jesus at least get one person in there with half a brain cell. Everytime graunteed they'll be stuff missing graunteed. I know you should check but sometimes you don't have time in the drive through. But today I went there and they forget the kids drinks. Honstely is it that hard to look at a screen and read it and place the stuff in the bag? View all feedback.
Please Avoid this place as much as possible if you don't want to be disappointed. The chicken does not taste like kfc standard. Quality is terrible.
No atmosphere. no background music. boring decor. silence, food forgettable luke warm. no cleansing pads. service non existence. no instructions how to claim blue light discount. spoken to like an idiot when asked a question about menu. food tables not cleared. only about 6 customers yet mcdonalds next door rammed. says it all, needs visits from mystery diners. if I was owner or director I would be horrified at total indifference of both food and service,
AWFUL! As always!! Got a cheeky takeaway, missing half the items- as always. The workers im afraid need retraining to actually check receipts to items. Absolutely terrible. I would 200% NOT recommend
We decided to get a quick bite to eat here and needless to say we won’t be returning. The KFC was empty with quite a lot of food sitting behind waiting to be served. We placed our order and one of the fries wasn’t given. When we asked the gent behind the counter he addressed it as if we were trying our luck, yet on our tray was supposed to be 2 meals…. When he realised he forgot the fries I tried a chip from existing fries and they were cold, and soggy. When I asked him for a replacement he grabbed them out of my hand, almost grabbing my hand, didn’t say anything and shoved 2 new fries into my hands. I told him thank you and appreciate it but I was ignored. We sat down to eat only to find the rest of our food was freezing cold. I was actually afraid to go back to him as I did not know what kind of reaction he would next give me after grabbing and shoving the fries at me when I addressed this. I can see why they were empty and their competitors across where jammed busy. Love a KFC but definitely won’t be returning here!
Order from here when visiting family. Quarter of a mile from the establishment, first order we waited over an hour because someone Miles away ordered first they drove past our house 50 mins before coming back to deliver. Was told they knew but other person ordered first so not allowed to drop ours off enroute Tonight, ordered and on receipt noticed half the order was missing, tried to call immediately but no way of contacting the take away direct, The phone line goes to a call centre which is just a message saying leave a message and we will call back..well 6 hours later and no call !! The delivery website has refunded money (not right as KFC were at fault not delivery Co) but would have appreciated talking to store and arranging delivery of missing food! As a footnote, chicken over cooked and extras cold.
