Kfc - Basingstoke and Deane

This restaurant is terrible. The chicken was disgusting and the chips were hard as rocks. Our drinks were also flat. I would not recommend going to this KFC.

I ordered an Oreo shake, teriyaki bites, and mashed potatoes. The Oreo shake tasted like icy water with cookie crumbs, which I did not enjoy and only took one sip. The teriyaki bites were a bit tough, but the mashed potatoes were excellent.

Ordered delivery this evening via deliveroo.Food arrived, almost cold, missing a serve of fries and wrong drink sent.Tried to call the store, no reply.Shockingly poor approach to business.Consider yourselves OFF the list for our family from now on. Utter shambles.

We ordered our food to dine in at the restaurant. When we went upstairs to find a table, all of them were dirty and littered with leftovers. There were no sauces or salt and pepper on the tables, and despite eating in, they claimed they had no plates. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, but at least the chicken and chips were served hot.

Do not order from KFC, they have not got an order correct in years. The food is normally dry and cold and they miss something on every single order. Today they didn't bother sending the chicken which is the whole point of KFC. I will not order from them again
