Usa Chicken - Basildon

I really appreciated the service at this restaurant. I was feeling quite stressed because I was worried I might miss my bus due to the long wait for my food. However, when I asked for assistance, the staff replaced my order with a different meal of equal value, and they even included an extra hot wing! That’s what I call excellent customer service. I have a lot of respect for the person working behind the counter today. Plus, the food was juicy and delicious!

AVOID!!!! The chicken wings were raw, slimy, and disgusting. The restaurant was unwilling to acknowledge any issue. They didn’t offer a refund or make any effort to resolve the situation.

Since I live nearby, I decided to try the food at this restaurant because it looked beautifully decorated. I have to say, the food was fresh, delicious, and offered great value for money. The service was prompt, and the staff were very courteous. I will definitely be making this my regular spot since they are open every day from noon to 10 PM.

I usually order from here once a week, but after my last experience, I’m reconsidering. I placed an order on Sunday and waited an hour and a half, only to find out the order had been canceled—even though they had confirmed it. I never received a call or any notification about this. My autistic son was very disappointed because he loves USA Chicken. Unfortunately, this may have changed for him now. I’ve always given this place five-star reviews, but after being let down like this, I can’t give them anything more than zero stars. Thanks for letting my son down, USA Chicken.

The food is fantastic, but unfortunately, there were two items missing from my order that I had already paid for, and it was too late to address the issue. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
