Description

At this Asian buffet restaurant, guests have reported a mixed bag of experiences, with many expressing disappointment. Vegetarians face limited options, and overall cleanliness is lacking, with uncollected plates and messy dining conditions. Food temperature and quality raised concerns, with several noting undercooked chicken and an unappetizing variety. While some diners found value in the selection, others criticized the decrease in choices post-pandemic, citing a significant reduction in both main and dessert offerings. Ultimately, while certain patrons enjoyed a casual dining experience for a low price, frequent complaints highlight that it falls short of expectations for a satisfying meal.

The food at this Asian buffet restaurant was terrible, the cleanliness was lacking, and the service was non-existent. It was overpriced and overall a terrible dining experience.

Not good for vegetarians. 1 Curry option. Total nightmare family group next to us. Allowed kids to plié high food on their plates and then went off to get theirs. Infants throwing food on the floor. Banging spoons on plates . One ate so much she chocked then was sick. Staff didn’t care, just kept mopping food up off floor. Totally sickening.

My Wife and I took my sister out for her 30th as she had been asking to go for a while. The food was typical buffet food, curry, pasta, pizza etc. I left feeling disgusted and disappointed. We had seen a homeless man sitting outside as we entered and as we were eating our pudding, we thought we would ask the person at the counter if we could bring him in and pay for him to eat. We were told no which upset me. I then noticed another customer had bought the man inside and asked the same thing. Upon seeing the manager again saying no again I felt anger and utter disgust and promptly went to ask why this poor, obviously homeless and hungry person was not allowed to eat a meal we were happy to pay for. The manager simply replied that they didn 't want him in as he was homeless and we would have to take him elsewhere for hot food. This place throws so much food away when it could easily feed a few homeless without losing profit. Now some people may think well why should they or Its their choice who they serve . Let me say this, no one, and I mean NO ONE deserves to be treated as less then a human being. I will not be returning to a place that treats people like ****.

The food at this restaurant was terrible - some dishes were undercooked, some were overcooked, and it seemed like it was bought from a supermarket. I will never go back again. Additionally, the prices were too high for the quality of food, so I cannot say that you get what you pay for.

My family came for dinner here this day. We were five in number. My eldest sister had some shrimps, shell fish, broccoli, sweet corn and some fried rice. While she was eating, a stone or what from the shell fish break her teeth. She reported to the head waitress that I could not get her name, all she could tell us was the disclaimer notice placed on the top of the buffet. There was no apologies from her. Question: do you intentionally placed stones or broken shell in the food so that guest can break their teeth? The fork that the guest will use in eating was placed in the back pocket of the head waitress which is a very bad practice. The cashier was good and so are the other service staff. All we wanted was an apology and not to refer us to a disclaimer notice placed on the buffet. This happened today at about 8:00pm. Her attitude showed us that we are not welcome into the restaurant. The mood has been good not until the unfortunate incidence and the bad attitude of the head waiter. My first time here and a bad experience being an hospitality professional myself. Am shocked.
