Gave us the complete wrong order, we ordered 4 items (2 drinks, 2 deserts) and received one smoothie. They then refused to deliver the correct order and left us jumping through hoops for a refund. Bit of a joke when we spent around £20 for it.
2 hours on still no food or drinks . Could have literally made ice cream by now !
Fantastic food, fantastic service and very nice people
After waiting for 1.5 hours for delivery, I received a cheap ice cream from Tesco for 99p. Unfortunately, they got my shake order wrong, giving me bubblegum flavor instead of candyfloss. The food was disappointing overall, and I would have preferred to have my son's microwave burger instead. Save your money and don't bother ordering from here.
