Mcdonald's Restaurants - Basildon

An all-round excellent meal, and you can't always say that about McDonalds. I ordered a Grand Big Mac meal and the fries were hot and crispy, the coke was fizzy and the burger looked like the picture. If there is one criticism is that there weren't any napkins to wipe my hands afterwards. Otherwise it was nigh on perfect.

00000 stars . Always waiting 20 to 30 minutes and when you get your food is wrong then you have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes to change your food and is still wrong. EMBARRASSING!!!!!!

Always a problem with this location either wrong orders cold food etc but this time they cannot count up to 9? Think there staff need a training session to count up to 9 because ordering 9 nuggets and receiving 7 is a bit dumb dumb How ridiculous a simple order once again made wrong. It's not just the 1st time where do they get the staff from my 8 year old will count 9 in 3 other languages. What a ridiculous team of people you have running that restaurant. The people who actually care about their job are over shadowed by the amount of idiots you have

All too often the fries are cold, soggy, limp and lukewarm, but this time they were piping hot, and the Grand Big Mac vaguely looked like the picture and the cheese wasn't stuck to the box, instead of being in the burger. Top marks. Deducted marks for having to tell the guy three times that I wanted a strawberry milkshake and he kept agreeing and saying chocolate milkshake. Not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Efficient drivethru despite it being busy but cold food? My sister was in the car in front of me and hers was hot! What’s that all about? Won’t ever go there again. Staff were all so polite as well sadly.
