I've visited the McDonald's at Laindon for the final time, as the last three visits, there has always been something wrong with the order. From items missing from the original order, to the wrong items being given to us, the problem has always been the same. However, I was disappointed that the small café didn't provide napkins or milk for my tea, and the large portion of fries I ordered was not actually large. I decided to eat in the parking lot, but I noticed that the entrance was closed around 10:55, which seemed to be an attempt by the staff to manage late customers. The parking area was clean, but the layout is somewhat chaotic—cars tend to go in all directions when it's busy, creating a free-for-all, especially during weekend breakfast hours.
This place left me in awe! The food is incredible and always delicious. The staff is very friendly and hardworking. I love enjoying my meal at the table!
The restaurant was extremely busy, yet there were plenty of staff members present. Unfortunately, this did not lead to a more efficient experience. It was quite chaotic, with three employees standing around doing nothing. Sadly, we ended up with a server who seemed disoriented and unsure of what they were supposed to do. Our food was left sitting on the counter for at least five minutes before our number was finally called, resulting in it being barely warm by the time we got it home. To make matters worse, the brownies we ordered were missing from our order. McDonald’s, this isn’t complicated—please improve your processes and make sure your staff can handle more than three customers at a time.
Absolutely terrible! The delivery took two hours, even though it was supposed to arrive in 30 minutes according to Uber Eats. When the order finally showed up, we only received a third of what we ordered. This was a complete disaster and a real shame for the McDonald's brand.
The service was disappointing, with cold food and incorrect orders. Some items were missing, and the staff had an unhelpful attitude. They were hesitant to provide replacements, claiming the food was just cooked.
