Nice food, venue but let down by poor staff. Staff were borderline rude, they don’t greet, open doors, They don’t table check We ordered a bottle of wine and they just poured the glass full. The Marco Polo really pulled out all the stops for us after another venue let us down for a birthday meal for my husband which was booked back in April. At very short notice the Marco Polo accommodated 17 guests and even helped with decorating the cake and decorating the table.
