Why did the woman think it was acceptable to bring a dog into a fast-food restaurant? I'm sure you can't do that in places like Tesco, for example.

The food was hot and fresh. I honestly recommend coming here, especially compared to the Southend Greyhound location, where the staff are unfriendly and the food is often cold or undercooked.

The staff member at the counter, one of the twins, was friendly and welcoming, just like always. When we reached the collection window, Owen served us, and we couldn't be more thankful for his help. He was incredibly attentive, and we can't praise him enough. Our food was delicious, and overall, it was an excellent experience thanks to these two cheerful individuals who took care of us. The service was straightforward and problem-free, and we're really glad we decided to stop by. A big thank you to these hardworking young men for their assistance!
