Was User at Firejacks a mag?
I had a wonderful evening at the Fire Jacken Festival in Leisure Park, Basildon last night. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The staff checked on us throughout the night to ensure we had everything we needed, and we were very pleased with the meals that were served. I highly recommend Fire Jacks for a lovely atmosphere to dine and enjoy drinks while having a great time. View all feedback.

What Karen dislikes about Firejacks:
We had a disappointing experience at Firejacks as they didn't receive our reservation made through OpenTable, which didn’t seem to be compatible with their PC system. This was not a great start to our visit. We found the prices to be quite high, especially since many extras come at an additional cost. Possibly the best eastern point I ever had, eating was fantastic, the service was brilliant. it is a very clean, spacious place, a beautiful chilled vibe. in any case they recommend when they visit the opposite.

Attentive staff, nice eating. I usually take photos, but eating was so delicious that it distracted me a little. the Cheeseburger spring rolls were absolutely delicious.

The restaurant is clean and offers a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. I want to extend my thanks to Michelle and Pat for their courtesy and warm service. The food was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to return. I ordered the salmon with maple glaze, along with regular fries and sweet potato fries. They also have a great vegetarian menu!

Food(steak and burger) was over cooked and lacked flavour or seasoning. Kids Mac and Cheese contained cheese that was too strong for a child aged 8 and below
