Despite a few scattered positive comments, the overall consensus on this restaurant is far from glowing. Complaints about the quality, size, and taste of the food are rife. Some even recommend opting for a cheap frozen pizza instead of wasting money on their burnt and unpleasant offerings. Service issues are also common, with some customers experiencing long wait times and misinformation. However, there are a few redeeming items, such as the potato wedges and pizza. Despite some isolated positive experiences, it seems that consistency is a major hurdle for this establishment.

We have ordered from this restaurant three times in the last month, and every time the food has been outstanding. The nacho cheese fries are the best I have ever had!
Do not waste your money on the awful burnt and unpleasant-tasting pizza at this restaurant. Save yourself the trouble and opt for a cheap frozen pizza instead, as it will surely be a better choice.
I ordered a chicken burger with salad and a burger with salad and chips from this restaurant. Unfortunately, the chicken in the burger was dried out and the burger bun was rock hard. The beef burger also had the same issue, with no salad inside. Additionally, the chips were extremely dry. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of the food and will not be ordering from there again.
The ribs were unpleasantly odorous and tough, the garlic bread pizza lacked any flavor of garlic, and the chicken wrap was so crunchy that it fell apart before we could even take a bite. The only redeeming items were the potato wedges and pizza.
This is suppose to be a gourmet burger 100% British beef which they charge £5.99 for.....pictures speak for themselves! Burger was no bigger than my thumb...I would feel ashamed serving if was my restaurant.
