What david parry doesn't like about Dil Tandoori:
Usually one of our favourite takeaways to use but considering the price has sky-rocketed, the quality has dropped, the kebabs were old and dry, the chicken was tough, we usually get free poppadoms thrown in and considering we spent over £50 I thought we might with this order, didn't happen, a shame as the food used to be quality View all feedback. What HJDWales likes about Dil Tandoori:
Sadly the Dil seems to be under new ownership and the prices have gone sky high. Yes you can still bring your own alcohol, but having eaten at this restaurant for more years than I can remember, I don’t think I will be returning any time soon. The food was ok, although portions seemed stingy. The service was lacklustre, not very welcoming. View all feedback.

read moreDil Tandoori offers a blend of highs and lows, leaving diners with varied impressions. While some patrons rave about the delicious food and the unique bring-your-own-alcohol concept, others report disappointing service and inconsistent food quality post-ownership change. Complaints about portion sizes and temperature have emerged, alongside frustrations with delivery issues. Despite some negative encounters, several customers appreciate the attentive staff and have enjoyed standout dishes like the Manchurian Chicken vindaloo. Overall, while the restaurant has potential, it seems to currently struggle with service consistency and value for money, making future visits uncertain for many.
