After orde... read more If I could leave no stars I would. Eating a slice of pizza I bit into someone’s chewing gum. All melted under my pizza and smeared all over the base. After order from here for a while I am fuming at this. Never again. All I got was money back and pizza returned.

A couple of weeks ago we had a hair in the... read more We have been using Cosmos on a Saturday night for years but over the last month or so they have really gone downhill. A couple of weeks ago we had a hair in the pizza but besides that the pizzas have been flavourless and the bases not properly cooked. This week the base tasted like raw pastry. Time to pull your socks up Cosmos!

It was one of the waitress'... read more I absolutely adore this restaurant because the food, especially the kebabs, is exceptional and the service is consistently friendly. It was one of the waitress's first shift tonight, but she handled it incredibly well. There were a few minor issues with the order, but they were resolved efficiently. I highly recommend this takeaway.

I had trusted Cosmos to provide me with good food and timely service, but they have disappointed me and their other customers, which is why they have such a low rating. My food arrived cold and burnt, and the delivery driver tried to leave it outside my apartment. I called Cosmos and they apologized, blaming it on a new driver, but that does not excuse the fact that the food I ordered for my children was burnt. They offered to deliver the drinks they forgot, but that doesn't make up for the overall poor experience. I would advise avoiding Cosmos at all costs – the food is cold, burnt, and the delivery driver was rude.
