I’ve been ordering food from here for several years, and I’ve always had fantastic meals. Even my non-vegan family prefers the vegan dishes over meat. It can get busy on weekday evenings, but that’s never been a problem. I’ve never had a bad meal; everything always arrives hot and fresh. The vegan menu is extensive and impressive!
It appears that some staff believe honey is vegan, unfortunately. This is an update from my previous review dated July 23, 2022.
I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I often order vegan food through their app, and the process is quick and easy, with consistently great food. Updated from my previous review on June 2, 2022.
We ordered vegan chicken balls and was sent real baby murdered chicken when we rung we was questioned as if we was wrong and thought they could just send Vegan chicken balls to replace them even though I had eaten one and was sick to my stomach I I’ve been vegan for seven years without eating any murdered babies I can’t believe the attitude when I can’t understand how this could even happen if this was an allergy issue somebody could have died but no it’s just a moral issues so nobody cares. #Veganuary
I have ordered takeout from this restaurant multiple times specifically because of their gluten-free Chinese menu, while my wife goes to a different Chinese restaurant. The food has always been delicious and I have never had any negative reactions. I've heard that the owner's family has a history of coeliac disease, which gives me confidence in the quality of their gluten-free options.
