My husband and I were strolling around Basel and the day we were in town not much was open. We stumbled upon Ramazzotti and chose to sit outside. The entire time we were patrons there, there were only about six other tables which had customers, including the inside, too. Good Italian restaurant with pasta and pizza best choice.
For me the best pizzas in Basel. The wine selection is also good and matches the menu.

Nice restaurant with lots of space and good prices for its location. Staff could be a bit more committed, but overall, I do recommend in terms of the quality and livelihood within this pizzeria.
Very nice place with GREAT pizza. I ordered the Calzone and loved it. Also liked the service. Upon asking for the selection of wine by the glass, I was given a recommendation and got to taste before making my decision, which I haven 't encountered in many places. Very nice terrace, excellent for people watching while enjoying the food. It was a bit windy on the day of my visit, but I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the friendly and helpful service. Will visit again when I get the chance!
