Schon mal vorneweg: La Manufacture profitiert ganz klar von der restaurantkargen Gegend im Gundeli. Mittags ist das Restaurant immer voll und teilweise sogar ausgebucht. Die Burger sind zwar lecker, doch der Service und die Gastgeber lasen zu wünschen übrig. Erträgt man grad so am Mittag, nicht aber am Abend. View all feedback.
Local with a modern atmosphere. Small menu with a focus on burgers that can still be pimped up. Texture for me, despite the crispy bun, rather soggy. Presentation could be better. Service is friendly.

Very friendly staff and very good . I only had one but I assume the rest is good too. The homemade lemonade was also great. When I'm back in Basel, I'll be happy to come back. We got the table for two people without a reservation, even though everything was full...
