Ok, this is a deluxe kebab/dürum. Sure it is good, made with fresh ingredients, and the cook was friendly... But if you thought paying 9chf for a Kebab was expensive, wait till you try this shop :p the price you pay here is relative to they weight of meat you want (roughly 1chf per 10g of meat, and yes, the meat is being weighted when being put in your sandwich). Ich esse praktisch immer im Von Meisterhand, wenn ich in der Markthalle Basel bin. Einer der wenigen Kebabs in Basel, bei dem die Spieße selbst gemacht werden und nicht industriell aus Hackfleisch hergestellt sind. Das merkt man sofort. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Saucen sind spitzenmäßig! Die Preise sind zwar eher hoch, aber wer denkt, dass er einen Döner Kebab für CHF 9.- bekommen kann, der mit Fleisch gefüllt ist und gute Qualität bietet, der täuscht sich gewaltig. Hier wird ordentlich gepunscht. Lieber zahle ich den Preis, den Kalbfleisch kostet. Meine Gesundheit ist es mir wert.

Best Adana Kebab in Basel

Food quality is phantastic, guys are friendly. But it took very long for a Kebap. If time and price does not matter, it is worth going there.
