The presentation and flavors were okay, but they didn't transport me to the real Ethiopian flavors, This felt like an attempt to remove the authenticity and disregard the origins of the dishes in order to appeal to Swiss tastes, while denying them of the real flavors of the Ethiopian amazing cuisine. The injera bread was very small, maybe enough for 10% of the dishes, which I found kind of ridiculous. I have never experienced such a small amount of it and the way it was presented. The dishes were lightly seasoned and lacquered. Overall, this experience didn’t give me the feeling of being in Ethiopia and having authentic food. The price is way too high for the amount of dishes offered. It's overrated and overpriced. I would not recommend it if you’re looking for authentic Ethiopian food.
