Capitol Creek Brewery - BASALT

Had the pleasure of visiting Capital Creek Brewery recently, and I was thoroughly impressed! Their craft beer selection is extensive, with the IPA standing out for its crisp and refreshing notes. The ambiance offers a delightful mix of rustic charm and modern touches. Staff were knowledgeable about their brews and gave great recommendations. Can't wait for my next visit to sample more of their creations! Highly recommended!

Very good, nice atmosphere. Server had the entire place to handle himself, and did it ease, impressive. Food was fresh, had the smoked salmon with toast points, delicious

We live around the corner and were excited when they first opened but unfortunately all three times we've gone the food was under cooked or over cooked. Food is not very good, the brew was okay.

Excellent beer, apps, mains and service. My group of 4 were all satisfied. Very good portion size for the cost.

Came in on Saturday at 9pm because it said online it was open till 10pm. Was told the kitchen was closing in a few minutes so had to rush ordering and rush eating. Service was ok and food was ok.
