Kudret Pi̇de Ve Izgara Çorba

After more than one month traveling across Turkey and eating several Pide and Lahmacun I can say without doubt that these are the best I ate in Turkey. The dough is flavorfull and smoky and the meat is the best! Congratulations for the people that cook at Kudret!
