What is this? I paid a lot of money and ended up serving myself instead of being served by a waiter. We pay and still have to get our own coffee. Someone needs to explain the logic behind this. I don't think the customers coming here are people who work for minimum wage, so waiter service should be provided. I couldn't even get what I wanted, unfortunately.
