We had booked a week in advance and a good job we did. We were early but gradually the restaurant filled up . It was...clear that most of the diners were regular clients always a good sign) We all opted for traditional Valencian Paella , this was brought to the table with a flourish in a wide Paella pan, absolutely delicious ! The house wine was excellent too. With panoramic views down to Barx village and a great atmosphere in the restaurant, We were all happy diners.

The paella is cooked on an orange tree firewood so that it takes that special flavour you won’t find elsewhere. Always cooked to perfection. They have a lovely pool free...to use as long as you eat there. The pool opens at go inside and tell them your name for the reservation and off you go. We love it. A welcome break from beach life.
