Ridiculously slow. However the waitress at the drive up window was more then pleasant and made the wait more tolerable.

Friendly service team excellent Cuban sandwich. Better than Ybor City.

Small dq but service is good. can they go wrong with ice cream? I don't think so. only negatiw is the location.

Leaving reviews is not something I do but honestly I’ve been so happy with my last two visits here. I’ve had large orders each time. Both times ordering for myself and coworkers. I placed my first order over phone and the girl who took it was very sweet. Upon arrival she had everything packaged neatly for me. What really compelled me to leave a review was my experience today which was my second time in two weeks. I decided to get lunch and a couple of ice creams. Again inside I was attended very professionally by this sweet girl who’s name I didn’t get. She offered to carry my large order to my car regardless of it raining outside. Literally made my day! Thank you

Few visits to the Bartow Dairy queen and ordered a banana split, no banana was placed in the dessert compliant w as s made promise to no avail visited another time and banana split had no peanut and was very sloppy finally received a call from management and she wouldn't plet me explain. Was advised to bring in receipt and product if I want help. But she's never there and staff act like the are afraid to correct mis¹mistakes.
