After entering my information, I went inside to pay and then headed to the pumps. The cashier suddenly told me to switch to a different pump, which confused me, but I did as instructed. However, while I was filling up, I noticed I wasn't receiving the discount. I went back inside to sort it out, and the cashier informed me that the machine was down. He also mentioned that I needed to move pumps because the one I was using was locked. Unfortunately, he was quite rude and raised his voice, offering no clear explanations. Because of this negative experience, I won’t be returning to this station!
