Diners appreciate the vibrant atmosphere and friendly service, although recent visits revealed inconsistencies in service speed and attentiveness. Many rave about standout dishes like the black peppered garlic beef, marbled brisket, and unique sushi options. While some patrons express disappointment over slow service and specific menu requests, the overall food quality consistently earns high praise. With a loyal customer base, it seems this establishment is a hidden gem worth discovering, despite some service-related hiccups.
The food was excellent and came in generous portions. I would rate the food and service both a 5 out of 5, but the atmosphere was only a 3.
We waited for 30 minutes on a Monday night and no one came to take our order or even acknowledge us after giving us menus and water. The dine-in service was rated 1 out of 5.
Shortly after, we contacted Sean, the owner, to inform him of the situation. He simply apologized and did not offer to comp a drink or appetizer, or reimburse us for the drinks we left behind. This lack of customer service was disappointing. As a result, we have decided not to return to this establishment. It is unfortunate because we have always enjoyed the food there.
We absolutely love Noi and the staff - they are fantastic! This Chinese restaurant definitely stands out from the rest with its unique and delicious dishes. TL's Four Seasons has been our family's go-to spot for over a decade. The service is top-notch, with a rating of 5 out of 5. We typically go for dinner and spend about $10-20 per person. The food is amazing, also scoring a perfect 5 out of 5. The atmosphere is great as well, earning another 5 out of 5. Some of our favorite dishes include the Dry Chili Chicken, Crab Rangoon, Chicken Fried Rice, Edamame, Black Peppered Garlic Beef, Calamari, and Fish. Can't recommend this place enough!
Cute little spot that we decided to try out. I like the fish light fixtures they have, the whole place was pretty clean and organized. Good atmosphere, service was friendly and on point. We ordered the calamari for appetizer, it was decent. Then I had the Chongqing noodle soup, it was a lot bigger than I thought, the flavor was great, but it would be perfect if it was spicier. Sushi sashimi combination was just ok, I I asked server if they could skip white fish since I’m not a big fan, but the chef refused to make any changes to fish selections. The combo came with 2pcs of salmon sashimi but surprisingly they were cut so unevenly and the texture was off, nigiris were falling apart as soon as we picked up. I think we’ll skip sushi items if we decided to come back. Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
