Sonic's headquarters has made great strides in their technology and app. I tried a blast today that was surprisingly well-mixed and loaded with toppings. Honestly, it’s been ages since I had anything to complain about!

When I looked over the bill, I noticed I had been charged for a chocolate item I didn't order. I mentioned this to him, but he insisted that I hadn’t received my shake. I assured him that the order had been corrected, but I was still being overcharged. He left, and shortly after, a young woman returned with a bit of an attitude and handed me my change. At this point, I think it’s fair to expect better attention to detail and customer service. I won’t be coming back to this location!

The onion ring looked so unappealing that I ended up removing it. I had requested large tater tots with my combo, but instead, I received medium tots stuffed into a large fry box that was only half full. As I write this, I'm starting to feel stomach discomfort. Having previously worked at Sonic, I know how great the food can be, which makes it even more disappointing to see so many people struggling to meet even the most basic standards. It's frustrating to observe so many who seem unable to complete such simple tasks while still feeling entitled to more.
