If anyone is looking for great Colombian food this is the go to place for it, most Colombian restaurants are in the city, but this place has great tasting food. Food more or less the flavor, we ordered some empanadas and they were frozen, the flavor was simple, the bites were simple, you ask for sauces and they bring some cups where everyone puts the spoonfuls, it seemed super unhygienic to me, they clean the spoons on the same tables where the customers eat I think they are starting the business and that's why they don't know how to be very careful when a health inspector a... The food at Carbon Express Colombian Cuisine was absolutely delicious! From the flavorful empanadas to the mouthwatering bandeja paisa, every bite was a burst of authentic Colombian flavors. The staff was friendly and the service was great. I highly recommend trying this place if you're looking for a taste of Colombia in Bartlett!
