The BBQ sauce was fantastic, and the prices were quite reasonable... what’s not to love? I ordered the 3 Meat Combination Plate, which included sliced brisket, pulled pork, and extra hot sausage, along with sides of potato salad and baked beans, plus some buttery toast. Everything was delicious! I ended up with way more food than I could handle, but I enjoyed every single bite!

The brisket plate with a salad and baked potato was excellent as was the burnt end brisket sandwich with a side of coleslaw. We were very pleased with our meals this evening.

Maybe my standards are higher since I'm... read more When I came to Bartlesville I asked where the best BBQ in town was, and everyone pointed me in the direction of Dink's. Maybe my standards are higher since I'm coming from Texas, but I was underwhelmed. Pulled pork was quite greasy, and lacked the Smokey flavor that one would expect. Also the French fries were awful... soggy, and disappointing.
