The service was very pleasant and welcoming, and the drinks were substantial, served with real metal utensils. The BBQ sauce was fantastic, and the prices were quite reasonable... what’s not to love? I ordered the 3 Meat Combination Plate, which included sliced brisket, pulled pork, and extra hot sausage, along with sides of potato salad and baked beans, plus some buttery toast. Everything was delicious! I ended up with way more food than I could handle, but I enjoyed every single bite!
Stopped by to dine in as a couple from out of town. Veronica our wait staff person was awesome and very patient with us. The brisket plate with a salad and baked potato was excellent as was the burnt end brisket sandwich with a side of coleslaw. We were very pleased with our meals this evening.
Dink's is one of my favorites when in Bartlesville and their sliced brisket is still good. But it was disappointing to see their prices have increased AND at the same time their sandwiches are now smaller.
This is a great place to eat. The onion strings are awesome. The brisket, pork loin, chicken bologna are great. I never had a bad or unpleasant experience here. Go get you some BBQ! :
When I came to Bartlesville I asked where the best BBQ in town was, and everyone pointed me in the direction of Dink's. Maybe my standards are higher since I'm coming from Texas, but I was underwhelmed. Pulled pork was quite greasy, and lacked the Smokey flavor that one would expect. Also the French fries were awful... soggy, and disappointing.
