A&w - Bartlesville

Only the drive has been opened lately. They are low at employees, but still working with a smile and the food is good and hot.

I just ordered 6 hot dogs, but the machine was broken to cook them so they only offered to grill my hot dogs on the grill and not away customer service was on point today

Drive thru for lunch and the food was hot and fresh. Friendly interaction with the staff as well.

First off, the Bartlesville, OK lobby is closed. Second, the person working drive up was trying to convince us to go elsewhere. No grilled Long John Silvers items, no shakes or rootbeer floats. Then 22 minute wait in drive thru. Only positive feedback the food was hot

This is actually an A&W Long John Silver's combo restaurant. We stopped in not knowing their dining room was closed only their drive thru was open. We walked in and first impression was it was about 90 degrees in there. We went up to use the restroom and my daughter was grossed out. Standing by the counters, everything was very dirty The area around the pop machines and was filthy . I realize the lobby was closed and probably understaffed, but I hope their kitchen was in better shape . Maybe we hit them at a bad week. We ended up going elsewhere and not going to the drive thru.
