Jenny's Grill Steak Mariscos - Barstow

Came here for lunch. 1st visit. Sorry, there are no food photos. Ate it all up before the review. I got the Taco/Enchilada combination plate. I don't eat onions, bell peppers, or tomatoes, and that was a mix in the taco meat for flavoring. I decided to try it. It was so savory and created just the right amount of flavor. The pieces were not big, so I couldn't even tell those ingredients were in there. They give good portions. The waitress was nice and attentive to our table. Someone told us she was the owner, but I didn't ask. This is off the 15, Main Street exit in Barstow. So if you're going to or coming from Vegas and want some delicious Mexican food, try out Jenny's Grill.

We had the cheese enchilada, chile Relleno and red chili. The chili relleno was ok but the enchilada sauce had no flavor and it was the same for the red chili. We usually always take leftovers but this wasn't even worth taking. Definitely not a restaurant I would go back to.

Great breakfast and lunch specials they moved a block up the street to a much nicer location same delicious food at reasonable prices and great service too

I forgot to take pics. Food was average, service was ok. But the worst thing was the smell as soon as you walk in. It smelled like i was right next to a sewer, not sure if it was just that day but i will never go back to find out.

I ordered a caldo de res beef stew and it was delicious. All ingredients tasted fresh!
