I had never been here before. I was on a road trip and just wanted to stop to use the restroom and get a cup of coffee. They told me they don't sell coffee, despite the fact that the word coffee is in their name. So I got an Americano which is practically the same thing. There are no restrooms. View all feedback.

Coffee is really good, and everyone is always friendly. Just expect to wait and wait and wait a little more.
I can’t even try it the drive thru sucks. The line is so SLOW I had to back out and leave twice. The first time the line didn’t move for 10 minutes. The second time I only waited 5 minutes and there was no movement so I left again because I didn’t want to risk someone getting behind me and blocking me in for half an hour. I would love to try it but I always have some place I need to be and don’t have time to wait that long.

I love dutch bros. Although whenever I come to this location I always have a big gap in my cup. I always order a large vampire slayer lite ice. If you ever get ice, half of your cup is filled with ice, so in order to get the most of my drink money I order lite ice. Anyhow, at this location specially Barstow on Main, I always end up with a big gap in my cup as if I got a medium in a large cup. I spoke to the assistant manager expressed my issue. Her response was to make a complaint to corporate so the other dutch bros that don’t short me on my drink when I order lite ice can short me like they do. For one, on this visit I paid an extra $2 to cover for the gap. I didn’t fill like getting half a drink. After paying I learned I paid the $2 for an extra rebel, which I wasn’t asking for an extra energy drink. They can fill the big gap up with the juice they put in my drink. I don’t understand why they can’t figure that out, instead of having an attitude of “That’s how we do it here”. Charging me more money Not trying to find a solution.
