Conveniently located near the 15 fwy off the Lenwood Rd exit by the Arco gas station with drive-thru. I was on a road trip and was craving a shake, so I stopped here.I actually had a great experience at this location. Every employee here will give you the worst attitude. They act as if customers are not worth there time. Working a minimum wage job you would think that would give them some insight on what kind of people they actually are. Talking **** behind a customers back as they walk out is wrong and unacceptable. The service was polite, but the two star rating is because we paid over $4 for a single blade cone. Both cones were icey and badly packed. There was literally a hole in the middle of my shovel.

Worst baskin Robbins I've been to in my life!!! They do a great job at being rude, rolling eyes, there's no signage when you arrive so you wait to order and after 10 minutes they tell you that you have to go to the back of the store to the cashier and order first. Ridiculous no says anything!!
This location still requires face masks weather you are vaccinated or not. And the employees were very rude about it. I will never come here again.
Went for ice cream. Drive thru only. Ok I can handle that, they were out of anything with cherry. There wasn 't a list of flavors. So when I asked what the flavors were she proceeded to sigh heavily and stated that there are some with chocolate, some with caramel and some with fruit. So I asked for fruit flavors and was told sherbert. Idk how they expect to stay open or why they even bother having ice cream . Maybe when they open the lobby I 'll try again, but I guess I 'm just going to have to go to Peggy Sue 's for decent ice cream and good service.
