The food and service at this restaurant are both excellent! Today, we enjoyed their afternoon tea in a beautiful venue with very welcoming staff. They were accommodating when I had a sudden dietary change, and we will definitely recommend and book again. Additionally, they offer outside catering services. Just ask for their visit card! We recently had a Gavin and Stacey themed afternoon tea at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was lacking, and the locked front window, which the staff claimed had been broken since Christmas and still not repaired by our visit in May, didn't help. I went to this restaurant today for my belated Mother's Day celebration, and I must say, the omelette was absolutely delicious. The sandwiches were delightful, the cakes were beautiful, and there were so many choices. Jade, our server, was friendly, polite, bubbly, and really lovely. We were offered as much tea and coffee as we wanted, as well as mocktails. I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks for a great lunch at 12 o'clock, especially to Jade!

Had a fabulous afternoon tea with friends, lovely sandwiches , a massive selection of home made cakes and tea or coffee. We took a bottle of Prosecco as we were celebrating an engagement. Service was excellent and food delicious. All on our doorstep. A gem of a place, will definitely be back

The food was enjoyable, but the only nod to the Gavin and Stacey theme was an omelette on the menu. The listing had mentioned cupcakes with G and S on them, but they were nowhere to be found. Overall, it was okay, but disappointing if you were expecting a fully immersive Gavin and Stacey themed afternoon tea experience.
