Athena - Barry

A visit to the sea (barry) is incomplete without fish and chips. this is the only halal place we could find. we were so hungry that it tasted. the famous near the beach claims to serve halal, but also sell bacon / hotdogs.

The chicken curry and rice were fantastic for a lovely afternoon meal, and the chips were just the right size. I highly recommend going back again!

The fish and chips were beautifully served and piping hot. The curry sauce was spicy and flavorful. The fish bites were crispy and delicate, accompanied by tartar sauce and lemon wedges. I highly recommend this place. The staff are very friendly and pleasant.

I've visited this restaurant numerous times after a night out, and I've also ordered home delivery for cozy nights in. I can confidently say it’s always delicious, piping hot food, and the delivery is impressively quick. I highly recommend the chicken curry and chips—it's a must-try! I don't go anywhere else now, and the staff is consistently friendly and efficient.
