Panda Garden - Barrow-in-Furness

For years I've been in the panda garden, but I was pleasantly surprised. the food was excellent. do not expect too much of the environment (the decor is the same as many years and the layout, tables etc simple, but functional.) if they want to be a to the earth restaurant with a good Chinese buffet, the panda garden will be perfect for them.

Excellent, friendly service. Moderate cost good selection from clean, refreshed, heated buffet. Labels could be clearer. Toilets are upstairs with no disabled ones visible. Wheelchair access step free. 5th star missing because of toilet facilities. Sheltered bus stop outside on Duke Street. Car parking nearby

We walked in without a reservation not knowing it would be so busy on a Thurs evening, the staff happily found us a table. We were visiting the local area and discovered this place. The food was stunning, so much flavour in every dish and always plenty. Would definitely recommend!

The service was excellent. He even held the door open for me after he had just finished closing.

We had a decent experience at the restaurant, although it was buffet style. Unfortunately, not every dish was available at all times. When we went for appetizers, there was only soup available and no other options in the starter section. Similarly, during the main course, the dishes were not consistently replenished (the table next to us also commented on this). The space could use a significant update. On a positive note, the staff was pleasant and the prices were reasonable.
